BIO MACA (Lepidium meyenii) Maca has been cultivated for over 2000 years. Its extremely durable structure allows it to survive difficult climatic conditions, such as strong winds, high temperatures or strong UV radiation. Maca is a biennial plant from the Crucifer family, naturally occurring in the high Andes of Peru.
It contains many minerals, including zinc and copper, and vitamins such as A, B1, B2, B6, C.
In our store, Maca root is available in ground form. Thanks to this, it can be used in many ways. It is a great addition to morning oatmeal, or a delicious cocktail and smoothie. You can also prepare an infusion based on it.

Directions for use: Mix 1 gram of powder (about half a teaspoon) in a glass of water. Use twice a day.
