Allefin (20 mg + 10 mg)/g, gel, 30 g

Allefin is a medicine in the form of a gel that contains two active substances: diphenhydramine hydrochloride and lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate.

• Diphenhydramine inhibits the action of histamine (responsible for allergic reactions) and has an anti-itching effect.
• Lidocaine has a local anesthetic effect. The drug reduces redness, swelling and skin exudation.

Allefin gel is intended for children over 2 years of age and adults.

Allefin is indicated for use in adults, adolescents and children aged 2 years and older in the symptomatic treatment of inflammatory and allergic skin lesions accompanied by itching, resulting from insect bites and contact with plants such as nettle.

The active substances of the drug are diphenhydramine hydrochloride and lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate. 1 g of gel contains 20 mg of diphenhydramine hydrochloride and 10 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride monohydrate.

Other ingredients (excipients) are: propylene glycol (E 1520), hydroxyethylcellulose, citronella essential oil, disodium edetate, purified water.

• Allefin is intended for topical application to the skin.
• Apply a small amount of gel to the affected area of ​​the skin and spread gently. Use 2 or 3 times a day as needed.
• Do not use in children under 2 years of age.
