Directions for use:  3-9 capsules daily with meals, drink water.It should be taken according to the following scheme (H. Clark method):
day 1:  1 capsule 3 times a day

day 2  : 2 capsules 2 times a day

day 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10:  3 capsules 3 times a day

After day 10:  3 capsules once a week.

Take the capsules in one go.
