Gold Omega 3 is a dietary supplement containing Omega-3 fatty acids in the form of soft capsules. High-quality and concentrated cold-water fish oil, standardized to 65% Omega-3 fatty acid content, supplementing the diet with essential Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids.

• Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contribute to the normal function of the heart (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA in total).
• Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).
• DHA and EPA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA. A supplementary daily intake of 5 g of EPA and DHA combined should not be exceeded).
