Licorice is a plant native to southeastern Europe and the Middle East.
Licorice can be consumed as a tea or as an addition to food. Use for longer than 4 weeks may cause water retention in the body and cause swelling. The herb cannot be used by pregnant people, those with hypertension, renal failure and hypokalemia.
Ingredients: 100% licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) chopped root.
