Hemp oil is characterized by a high content of omega-3 fatty acids and unsaturated fats, including alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Beneficial effects occur when consuming 2g of ALA per day.

Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in your diet helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels [monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids are unsaturated fats].

How to use: Can be used as an addition to bread, pasta or salads.

NOTE: Product for cold use, not suitable for frying.
