The preparation can be used during periods of intense mental work and stress, in states of exhaustion and to support muscle function.

Magnesium and vitamin B6:

– support mental work

– reduce the effects of fatigue

– influence muscle contractility (magnesium).

One tablet of the preparation provides as much as 400 mg of magnesium ions.

The preparation is recommended as a dietary supplement for adolescents and adults.

Recommended daily intake:

It is usually recommended to take half a tablet daily after a meal, with an adequate amount of fluid. Do not take on an empty stomach. If necessary, you can take one tablet daily.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is recommended to follow a healthy lifestyle, including a varied and balanced diet. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store out of the reach of small children, at a temperature of up to 25ºC.
