HOW TO USE
- Fireplace / 5-8 drops
- Inhalation / Add 5 drops of oil to hot water, cover your head with a towel and inhale the rising steam for 5-10 minutes. You can also put a drop of oil on a handkerchief and inhale it several times a day
- Bath / Add 5-15 drops of oil to a tub filled with hot water. Soak in the water for 20 minutes. Do not use detergents.
- Massage / Add 15 drops to 50ml of carrier oil (e.g. wheat germ) and mix. You can warm the oil up a bit.
- Other / You can add a drop of cardamom oil to a portion of mouthwash or apply it to toothpaste before brushing
It combines well with cinnamon, clove, cumin, orange, rose, bergamot and cedarwood oils.
