Ashwagandha for athletes

In physically active people, Ashwagandha helps maintain optimal endurance, a sense of energy and vitality, as well as physical well-being and emotional balance. How to use

Take 1 capsule daily, during a meal, with an appropriate amount of water. Due to its calming effect, it is recommended to consume it in the second part of the day.
