Rhinogermina, nasal spray, 10 ml

• Treatment and prevention of infections of the nose, throat and Eustachian tube, such as otitis, tonsillitis, rhinitis and sinusitis.
• After oral antibiotic therapy to facilitate the restoration of normal bacterial flora in the nasal cavity, throat and Eustachian tube.
• After local treatment with nasal preparations (sprays, aerosols, nasal rinsing solutions, etc.) to facilitate the restoration of the normal bacterial flora of the nose and sinuses.
• In all cases when it is necessary to restore normal bacterial flora in the nasal cavity and nasopharynx (allergic rhinitis, asthma, chronic bronchitis, chronic damage by smoke or inhaled irritants, etc.).

Rinogermina is a medical device with a mechanical effect, restoring the natural biological barrier created by saprophytes constituting the physiological bacterial flora and reducing the surface tension of the mucus in the nasal cavity.

Sachet: Lyophilized: Streptococcus salivarius 24SMBc and Streptococcus oralis 89a (min. 125 x 109 ^CFU */g), anti-caking agent.

Bottle: PEG/PPG copolymer, PEG-14 dimethicone, isotonic solution buffered to pH 7.00, fragrance.

1. Cut the sachet along the dotted line, open the bottle and carefully pour the contents of the sachet into the bottle to dissolve it, taking care not to spill the contents of the sachet.
2. Close the bottle with the cap and shake vigorously.
3. Open the bottle again and screw the spray pump onto it after removing the seal by pulling briskly, without touching the central part of the pump.
4. Shake vigorously and remove the cap from the pump.
5. Before using the product, press the pump several times to start working. Tilt your head slightly forward and spray the product into each nostril, holding your breath while administering the product.
6. Place the cover on the pump and place the preparation in the refrigerator.
7. Shake well before each use.

The dissolved preparation should be stored in a refrigerator (at 4°C).

The preparation can be used for a maximum of 7 days from its preparation (dissolution).

Adults and children: the recommended dose is 2 doses (min. 5 x 109 ^CFU *) in each nostril twice a day for 7 consecutive days or as directed by a physician.

• Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the product ingredients.
• Do not use in people with congenital or acquired immunodeficiency, cancer, taking chemotherapy or having a central venous catheter;
• Do not use in case of current or past endocarditis, or in case of heart diseases predisposing to the development of endocarditis;

• If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use of the preparation and consult your doctor.
• Avoid contact with eyes.

• After reconstitution, the preparation should be stored in a refrigerator (at 4°C);
• The preparation can be used for a maximum of 7 days from its preparation (dissolution);
• Close the spray pump carefully after use;
• Do not use the preparation after the expiry date stated on the packaging;
• The preparation should only be used by one person (for hygienic reasons).
