Suggested use: 1 teaspoon of powder 2-3 times a day (small children 1/2 teaspoon 2 times a day), mixed with cool boiled water 30 minutes before eating. Mix until a uniform liquid is obtained. 1 teaspoon is approx. 1 gram of powder. To fully utilize the biological value of the powdered wheatgrass drink, drink it immediately after mixing and use for at least a month or as a permanent supplement to the daily diet.
