Meta anabolon® is dedicated to athletes of strength, strength-endurance and endurance disciplines. The composition of the preparation is based on smilax officinalis containing stigmasterol, pollinastanol, sitosterol, smilagenin, parillin and sarsapognin and a number of steroid saponins including sarsaponin, smilasaponin, sarsaparilloside, sitosterol glycoside. It contains a high concentration of male androgen hormones, which imitate the action of testosterone 17ß-hydroxy-4-androsten-3-one and Dehydroepiandrosterone 1-ketosteroid produced in the reticular zone (zona reticularis) of the adrenal cortex cortex glandulae suprarenalis. Thanks to the imitation of Dehydroepiandrosterone, the preparation is attributed with the action of increasing nitrogen retention in the body and intensifying the processes of protein synthesis, the effect of which is increased anabolism of the body.
