Indications for use of Strepsils with honey and lemon
Strepsils with honey and lemon is intended for use in the symptomatic treatment of inflammatory conditions of the mouth and throat in adults and children over 6 years of age.
Active substance: Alcohol dichlorobenzylicus , Amylmetacresol
Ingredients of Strepsils Honey and Lemon Lozenges
The active substances of the drug are: 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol and amylmetacresol. One hard lozenge contains 1.2 mg of 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol and 0.6 mg of amylmetacresol.
Other ingredients are: honey, peppermint oil, lemon oil, tartaric acid, quinoline yellow (E104), glucose syrup, sucrose syrup.
Dosage and use of Strepsils Honey and Lemon Lozenges
- Adults and children over 6 years of age: suck one lozenge slowly every 2-3 hours.
- For use on the oral mucosa.
- Do not exceed 8 lozenges per day. If symptoms do not subside or worsen after 3 days, consult a doctor.

Contraindications to the use of Strepsils with honey and lemon
- allergy to the active substances or any of the other ingredients of this medicine;
- in children under 6 years of age.
