Recommended daily intake
Recommended intake is 1 portion per day. Pour 150 ml of water (approx. 3/4 cup) at room temperature into a glass and add 2 heaped teaspoons of the cocktail (10 g). Mix thoroughly and it’s ready! Drink the cocktail once a day: in the morning or during the day.
If you prefer a thicker consistency, leave it for about 2 minutes before drinking. The high fiber content will naturally thicken the smoothie to a delicate “smoothie” consistency.
