Multilac IBS, 60 capsules

Multilac IBS is a food for special medical purposes for the dietary management of intestinal disorders such as:

• bowel disorders, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS);
• diarrhea of ​​various origins;
• chronic or recurring constipation;
• inflammatory bowel diseases;
• intestinal flora disorders (dysbiosis);
• nutritional deficiencies (e.g. low-fiber diet, insufficient intake of dietary fiber).

Multilac IBS contains sodium butyrate  enclosed in the form of micropellets. The administration of sodium butyrate in this form is intended to distribute it throughout the digestive tract to provide the benefits associated with the action of sodium butyrate in the large intestine. An additional advantage of using a protected form of sodium butyrate is the masking of its unpleasant odor.

Adults : orally 1 capsule twice a day, morning and evening. It is recommended to use the preparation for at least 3 months.

Children over 7 years of age : orally 1 capsule once a day, preferably in the evening. It is recommended to use the preparation for at least 6 weeks.

The capsule should be swallowed whole with water, preferably during a meal. Your doctor may prescribe other doses depending on your individual needs.

Ingredients: sodium butyrate; hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; thickening agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; glazing agent: ethylcellulose.

• The product is intended for adults and children over 7 years of age.
