MSM Action

MSM is an organic form of sulfur, also known as methyl sulfate or methylsulfonylmethane. It occurs naturally in eggs, vegetables and dairy products, but in small amounts. Food processing, such as cooking or baking, causes us to lose a large part of MSM. Sulfur is essential in the body. It is involved in the formation of collagen, but also connective tissue. These elements are extremely important for healthy joints.

Comfrey action

In Stawocare ointment we have used comfrey root extract – a more concentrated form of it. Comfrey ointments are known from folk medicine and were used for joint and bone problems hundreds of years ago! Comfrey works great for limb massage after injury.

Action of Centella asiatica

Centella asiatica is a unique plant with valuable properties. It has them both when we consume it and when we apply it externally. Used as an ointment, it stimulates the development of fibroblasts – cells that are responsible for the formation of elastin and collagen in the skin. They determine the firmness and elasticity of the skin! Thanks to this, centella stimulates the healing and scarring of wounds.
