Grape seed extract standardized to 95% polyphenols:

Ingredients (1 caps.): 400 mg OPC grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera f.), including proanthocyanidins 380 mg; gelling agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule).
