How to use:
1 capsule daily with a meal. The capsule should be taken with an appropriate amount of water.
Ingredients:
Soybean oil (fully refined); capsule shell ingredient: gelatin; stabilizer: fatty acid monoglycerides; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); emulsifier: soy lecithin; vitamin D (cholecalciferol); colors (capsule shell ingredients): iron oxides and hydroxides, riboflavins; folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
