How to use
Massage: Mix 10 ml (tablespoon) of carrier oil with 3-5 drops of essential oil.
Baths: 10-15 drops of oil per ¾ of a bathtub of warm water.
To freshen the air: spray water with 5-10 drops of oil per 2 tablespoons using a humidifier or atomizer.
Notes on use
Do not use during pregnancy.
