When you are new to using Epsom salts in your bath, start with 1 heaped tablespoon of Epsom salts for the entire tub, then increase the dose with each bath.

The duration of the bath is 10 minutes at the beginning, with subsequent baths the duration should be 20-30 minutes, about 2-3 times a week. We use warm water for bathing.
