Melatonin is a “sleep hormone” that regulates the day and night rhythm of our body. It helps to shorten the time needed to fall asleep, even in the case of disturbing factors (e.g. full moon, night shift work, disrupted circadian rhythm, etc.). This positive effect occurs if you take 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed (approx. 30 minutes before planned sleep).
Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag, which is difficulty adjusting to a new time zone during long journeys. In such cases, it should be used from the first day of travel, about 30 minutes before planned sleep, and then for the following days, until the local time is adjusted.
Dr. Jacob’s Good Sleep contains 1 mg of melatonin per serving (1 tablet).

Magnesium is also called a relaxation mineral. The magnesium Hypro-ri ® used is a special, improved form of magnesium. Hypro-ri ® magnesium is a patented complex of marine magnesium, which has a particularly high bioavailability and bioactivity. Natural marine magnesium is combined with amino acids from rice protein. In this combination, magnesium is particularly bioavailable to our body – even better than magnesium glycinate or magnesium glycerophosphate.

Proven plant extracts for better results
A serving (tablet) of Dr. Jacob’s Good Night’s Sleep contains bioactive substances in the form of extracts from the following plants:
valerian – 170 mg,
lemon balm leaf – 68 mg,
passionflower herb (passion flower) – 68 mg,
hop cones – 34 mg.
Recommended daily intake of Dr. Jacob’s Good Sleep supplement:
1 tablet with water approximately 30 minutes before planned sleep.
Dr. Jacob’s Good Sleep ingredients:
magnesium-amine complex (magnesium oxide (marine), rice protein hydrolysate; 26%), valerian extract (20%), lemon balm extract (8%), passionflower extract (8%), hop extract (4%), anti-caking agents – cellulose and magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable), lavender oil (1%), melatonin (0.2%).
