Bacopa monnieri

Small-leaved Bacopa is often used in Far Eastern practices, where it is referred to as Brahmi. It occurs in India, Nepal, China, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Florida. Its natural habitat is wetlands, marshes and shallow water. It often grows completely submerged, which is why it is used as an ornamental plant by aquarists. [4]
