Avene XeraCalm AD, lipid-replenishing balm soothes irritations, nourishes and regenerates the skin, reduces itching and eliminates redness . It has anti-inflammatory and anti-itching effects.

Lipid-Replenishing Balm is designed to address very dry skin in infants, children and adults:

• skin prone to atopic dermatitis,
• skin prone to irritation, redness, and itching caused by excessive dryness,
• skin is very dry by nature.

The formula of XeraCalm AD Lipid-Replenishing Balm has been developed using a minimum number of ingredients, selected for their effectiveness and harmlessness.

• The I-modulia complex is the result of 12 years of scientific research conducted by the Pierre Fabre Research Centre. It is the true essence of the ingredients found in the microflora contained in Avène Thermal Spring Water. Once identified, these substances were tested in the biotechnology centre and multiplied, and their soothing and anti-irritant properties were reinforced. I-modulia® reduces itching caused by dry skin and soothes redness and irritation caused by skin hyper-reactivity.
• Cer-omega, lipids resembling those found in the skin, help regenerate, nourish and strengthen the protective film, thus increasing the skin’s natural resistance to irritating external factors.
• Avène Thermal Spring Water with soothing and anti-irritant properties reduces feelings of discomfort and softens the skin.

Apply XeraCalm AD Lipid-Replenishing Balm once or twice daily to dry skin on the face and/or body after cleansing. After squeezing the product from the tube, remove any unused product and close the cap. Formulated to minimize the risk of allergies.
