Aspirin C Forte, 800 mg + 480 mg, 10 effervescent tablets

Aspirin C Forte contains acetylsalicylic acid, which has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects, and vitamin C.

Symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain (e.g. headache, toothache, muscle pain).

Symptomatic treatment of pain and fever associated with colds and flu.

1 effervescent tablet contains active substances:

800 mg acetylsalicylic acid (Acidum acetylsalicylicum)

480 mg of ascorbic acid (Acidum ascorbicum)

Dosage

Adults: 1 effervescent tablet at a time (equivalent to 800 mg acetylsalicylic acid and 480 mg ascorbic acid). If necessary, the single dose can be repeated every 4 to 8 hours. Do not take more than 3 effervescent tablets per day (equivalent to 2400 mg acetylsalicylic acid and 1440 mg ascorbic acid).

Aspirin C Forte should not be used for longer than 4 days without consulting a doctor.

Children and youth

Aspirin C Forte should not be used in children and adolescents due to the amount of active substances in one effervescent tablet.

Method of administration

Oral administration. Dissolve the tablet in a glass of water and drink the effervescent liquid. Take after meals.

The product should not be used:

• in case of hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients,

• in patients with bleeding diathesis,

• in patients with acute gastric or duodenal ulcer,

• in patients with a history of bronchial asthma attacks caused by the administration of salicylates or substances with a similar effect, especially non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,

• in patients with severe heart failure, severe liver failure or severe renal failure,

• concomitantly with methotrexate in doses of 15 mg per week or more (see section 4.5.), • in the last trimester of pregnancy,

• in children and adolescents.
