Apap Extra, 50 coated tablets

APAP Extra is a painkiller and antipyretic drug.

SThe active substances of  APAP Extra are paracetamol and caffeine:

• Caffeine enhances the analgesic effect of paracetamol.
• Additionally, caffeine has a moderate stimulating effect on the central nervous system.

APAP Extra is used for pain:

• headaches, including migraine,
• muscles,
• teeth,
• neuralgia,
• menstrual pain,
• osteoarticular,
• postoperative and post-traumatic.

In addition,  APAP Extra relieves the symptoms of colds and flu, such as: fever, sore throat, muscle and bone pain.

APAP Extra during pregnancy:

• Do not use in the first trimester of pregnancy. In the second and third trimesters, consult a doctor before using the drug.
• Do not use while breastfeeding.

Pain of various etiologies: headaches, including migraine, muscles, teeth, neuralgia, menstrual pain, bone and joint pain, post-operative and post-traumatic pain. Relief of cold and flu symptoms, such as: fever, sore throat, muscle and bone and joint pain.

• Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 or 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours (maximum 8 tablets per day).
• Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
• Method of administration: oral.

If the patient has:

• hypersensitivity to the active substances or any of the excipients of the drug,
• congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and methemoglobin reductase,
• alcoholism,
• severe liver or kidney failure,
• heart rhythm disturbances,
• use of MAO inhibitors and the period up to 2 weeks after their discontinuation,
• should not be used by women in the first trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding,
• should not be used in children under 12 years of age.
