Aleric Deslo 0.5 mg/ml, oral solution, 60 ml

Aleric Deslo Active oral solution contains desloratadine, which is an antihistamine . Aleric Deslo Active oral solution is an antiallergic drug that does not cause drowsiness. It helps control the allergic reaction and its symptoms.

Aleric Deslo is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with:

• allergic rhinitis,
• hives.

The active substance is desloratadine at a dose of 0.5 mg in 1 ml.

List of excipients: sodium citrate, sucralose, anhydrous citric acid, liquid sorbitol, propylene glycol, hypromellose, tutti frutti liquid flavor, purified water.

Always take this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. If you are not sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Children aged 6 to 11:

• recommended dose is 5 ml (one 5 ml measuring spoon) of oral solution once daily.

If you are underweight or overweight, it is recommended to consult your doctor about dose adjustment.

Adults and adolescents (aged 12 years and over):

• recommended dose is 10 ml (two 5 ml measuring spoons) of oral solution once daily.

If an oral syringe is included with the bottle of oral solution, you can alternatively use it to measure the appropriate amount of oral solution.

This medicine is for oral use.

The oral solution dose should be swallowed and then washed down with water. The medicine can be taken with or without food.

If after 3 days there is no improvement or the patient feels worse, contact your doctor.

Do not use Aleric Deslo Active for longer than 10 days without consulting your doctor.

• if you are allergic to desloratadine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine or to loratadine.

Aleric Deslo Active oral solution can be taken with or without food.
Caution should be exercised when taking the medicine with alcohol.

The package contains 60 ml of solution.
