Milk thistle grows wild in Africa, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, North and South America. In Poland, it is both a cultivated and wild plant. Thanks to its silymarin content, it can have a positive effect on the liver.

Drying of the raw material takes place in a winnowing machine at room temperature.
