The lymphatic system is a network of delicate channels throughout the body. It carries fluid (called lymph) that has leaked out of blood vessels into the tissues and returns it to the bloodstream through lymph nodes1.

The main functions of the lymphatic system are:

– Managing fluid levels in the body

– Responding to bacterial infections

– Getting rid of waste produced by cells

Lymph nodes and other lymphatic structures, such as the spleen and thymus, contain special white blood cells called lymphocytes. They can multiply rapidly and release antibodies in response to bacteria, viruses, and a range of other stimuli from dying or abnormally behaving cells2.

Cling Bedstraw:  is a common herb belonging to the Rubiaceae family. It is often found in parks, gardens, thickets, forests, roadsides and fields. It is a climbing plant that can grow up to 1.5 meters. It helps to cleanse the body by maintaining healthy lymphatic flow3.

Butcher’s broom:  Butcher’s broom is an evergreen shrub growing to 60 cm. Its characteristic feature is leaf-shaped, pointed shoots and scarlet fruits, similar to berries. In herbalism it is valued for its properties supporting a sense of lightness of legs4.

Horse Chestnut:  is a tree native to the Balkan Peninsula, although it is now widespread throughout Europe. The main active ingredient in horse chestnut seed extract is aescin, a mixture of saponins. It has been shown to help maintain healthy venous circulation in the legs5.

Common nettle:  is a plant whose most characteristic feature is the hairs on its leaves and stem filled with formic acid – that is why when we touch nettle we feel skin irritation and it is commonly said that nettle “burns”.

It is valued, among other things, for its effect on supporting venous circulation6.

Ginger:  is a tropical plant that covers the area of ​​Southeast Asia, from India to eastern China and New Guinea. Its properties were known already 2000 years ago.

Regular supplementation with ginger has antioxidant effects and supports the immune system7.

Dosage:  1 capsule once a day.

Directions for use:  Swallow with plenty of water after the first meal.

Ingredients:  Galium aparine herb extract 20:1, butcher’s-broom bark extract (Ruscus aculeatus) standardized to contain min. 5% ruscogenin, horse-chestnut fruit extract (Aesculus hippocastanum) standardized to contain min. 40% aescin, common nettle herb extract (Urtica dioica) 20:1, ginger rhizome extract (Zingiber officinale) 10:1. Net weight: 23.5 g.

Capsule composition : vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).
