Ceylon cinnamon is the most noble variety of cinnamon. It owes its characteristic aroma and flavor to the essential oils found in the bark. Ceylon cinnamon is sweeter and more aromatic than other varieties.
Ceylon Cinnamon Organic ground contains flavonoids (proanthocyanidins and cinnamic thianins), iron, manganese, calcium.
Original Ceylon cinnamon is characterized by a delicate taste and smell. Only cinnamons that are not Ceylon, e.g. from Vietnam, have a very intense aroma and taste, but it is not the same, original cinnamon and does not have the same properties.
Ingredients: 100% Organic Ceylon cinnamon (Cinnamomum ceylanicum) ground bark.

Consumption suggestion: use to season dishes, baked apples, cakes, mulled wine, etc. Small amounts of cinnamon are used to flavour cooked fish, goulash, lamb and ham.
