The drug supports short-term treatment of:

• Cold and flu symptoms.
• Nasal and sinus congestion.
• Qatar.
• Headache.
• Fevers.

Composition

1 sachet contains:  active substances: paracetamol 1000 mg, caffeine 50 mg, phenylephrine hydrochloride 12.2 mg, excipients including sucrose, aspartame (E951), sorbitol syrup, sodium, sunset yellow (E110) and glucose (maltodextrin component) – for additional information see the leaflet.

Dosage

• Oral administration.
• Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of hot, but not boiling, water.
• Stir until dissolved.
• Allow to cool to drinking temperature.
• The liquid should be drunk when it is warm.

Contraindications

• Do not use for longer than 3 days without consulting your doctor.
• Do not use with other medicines with a similar composition.
• Please read the leaflet before using this medicine.
• Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the drug or to other drugs with a similar effect.
• Do not use in case of severe liver or kidney failure.
• Do not use if you have ever had a stomach ulcer.
• Do not use in case of known cardiovascular disorders.
• Do not use in case of cardiac arrhythmias, hypertension, diabetes, pheochromocytoma, closed-angle glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, prostatic hyperplasia, congenital deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase or methemoglobin reductase.
• Do not use if taking monoamine oxygenase inhibitors (MAOIs) (used to treat hypotension and depression) or within 14 days of discontinuing their use.
• Do not use if you are taking tricyclic antidepressants (drugs used to treat mental disorders) or zidovudine (AZT, a drug used to treat HIV infection).
• Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
• Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
