Toothpaste is applied to a damp toothbrush. When brushing, the gel is first arranged around the teeth, then evenly distributed throughout the oral cavity, and then rinsed thoroughly. The toothbrush should also be rinsed well after use.

Application:

Brush your teeth in the morning and evening for at least two minutes. Always brush all tooth surfaces, upper and lower jaws separately. Never “scrub” horizontally along the gum line or apply too much pressure. Use a toothbrush with a small head and rounded medium bristles.
