Its Latin name is “salvere” which means to heal and it fully deserves it. The main components of the essential oil contained in sage leaves are cineole, thujone, bornel, pinene as well as tannins, flavonoids, vitamin A, C and vitamins from the B group.
Helpful for acne, mycosis and psoriasis. Vitamins and phytohormones have antioxidant effects.
Fights excessive sweating – in this case we recommend baths with a few drops of oil.
Sage has many uses in the household. We especially recommend it for cleaning kitchen surfaces (countertops, floors) or as a rinse agent in the washing machine. Then we will use not only its disinfecting properties, but above all its aromatherapeutic ones.
