hydrolyzed collagen, acidity regulator: citric acid, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), l-cysteine, glucosamine sulfate kcl [from crustaceans], chondroitin sulfate, flavourings, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, l-methionine, vitamin C (l-ascorbic acid), sweeteners: acesulfame K, sucralose, steviol glycosides; sodium hyaluronate, ground cinnamon, zingiber officinale ginger root extract, turmeric, boswellia serrata resin extract, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), manganese bisglycinate, cayenne pepper, vitamin K (menaquinone), colourings: quinoline yellow, sunset yellow, quinoline yellow and sunset yellow may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended intake

Dissolve a 15 g portion (2.5 scoops) in 250 ml of water. Use once a day. Consume immediately after preparation.
