What is Pueria Pre?
Pueria Pre is a dietary supplement designed for women preparing for pregnancy. The product helps supplement the diet with important nutrients during the preconception period: folates, vitamin D, iodine, choline, vitamin B6 and B12. Pueria Pre has a clean composition – without fillers, dyes and preservatives of synthetic origin.
Pueria Pre contains ingredients recommended by the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians (PTGiP)1,2:
- Folic acid (including active form: calcium L-methylfolate) – increases maternal folate levels. Low maternal folate levels are a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the developing fetus.
- Vitamin D – takes part in the process of cell division and helps in the proper absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus,
- Iodine – helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and thyroid gland,
- Choline, vitamin B6 and B12 – contribute to maintaining proper homocysteine metabolism. The correct level of homocysteine affects the proper course of pregnancy.
