What is Xylometazoline APTEO MED and how does it work?
Xylometazoline APTEO MED is a drug containing xylometazoline hydrochloride as an active substance . The preparation is a locally acting drug that, by constricting blood vessels, reduces congestion and swelling of the nasal mucosa and the amount of secretion. It makes it easier for patients with a blocked nose to breathe through the nose.
The medicinal product facilitates the outflow of secretions from inflamed paranasal sinuses.
