HOW TO USE:

1 capsule daily with a meal.

WARNINGS:

soybean oil, gelatin capsule (gelatin, binding agent – glycerol, dyes – iron oxides and hydroxides), ashwagandha root dry extract, valerian root dry extract, hop cone dry extract, passionflower dry extract, emulsifier – soy lecithin, thickener – silicon dioxide.

ashwagandha root extract standardized to 7% withanolides 143 mg including: withanolides 10 mg

valerian root extract 45 mg

hop cone extract 20 mg

Passionflower extract 20 mg
