Amalaki has a sour taste and in Ayurveda it is identified with Pitta energy and the element of fire. Bibhitaki is characterized by a sweet-bitter-astringent taste. Haritaki is characterized by a bitter aftertaste and connection with Vatta energy and the element of air. In Ayurveda, triphala is one of the very important elements.
Ingredients: 33.3% Organic amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica), 33.3% Organic bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), 33.3% Organic haritaki (Terminalia chebula) ground fruit.
