Throat Iceland moss APTEO, 36 lozenges

The medical product Throat Icelandic moss APTEO contains an extract of Icelandic moss, also known as Icelandic lungwort, an extract of small-flowered mullein and an extract of African geranium. The extract of Icelandic moss contained in the lozenges, after dissolving in the oral cavity, binds with the moist secretion of the mucous membrane, creating a protective coating on the surface of the oral cavity and throat, which is a barrier with moisturizing and protective properties.

Lozenges relieve symptoms of hoarseness, reduce burning sensations and throat irritation, moisturize and protect the mucous membrane, oral cavity and throat, and are helpful in periods of excessive vocal cord use. They relieve symptoms in the course of irritation of the oral and throat mucosa due to nasal congestion in infections and allergies.

Maltitol syrup, gum arabic, sorbitols, Iceland moss extract, L-ascorbic acid, citric acid, mullein extract, African geranium extract, blackcurrant flavour, red radish liquid, glazing agent (carnauba wax, unhydrogenated coconut oil, beeswax, partly alpha-tocopherol, partly natural flavour), acesulfame K.

• Suck slowly up to 2 lozenges several times a day.
• For use in children over 4 years of age and adults.
• The lozenges should not be swallowed but allowed to dissolve slowly in the mouth.

• Do not use in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the product ingredients.
• Do not use in patients with phenylketonuria.

• Due to its form (choking hazard), it is recommended to use only in children who can suck the lozenge. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect.
• Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
