Sinulan Rinse, refill set for sinus rinsing, 30 sachets

Sinulan Rinse is a refill kit for sinus rinsing that contains soluble sodium chloride to prepare an isotonic or hypertonic solution for rinsing the nose and sinuses.

Sinulan Rinse is used for the prevention and symptomatic treatment of the nose and sinuses, mainly in the case of:

• inflammation of the nasal mucosa and sinuses,
• runny noses of various origins,
• in the hygiene of the nose and sinuses.

The medical device is intended for adults and children over 4 years of age.

Sinulan Rinse clears and cleanses the nose and sinuses of excessive secretions and retained mucus, thereby limiting the accumulation of factors that contribute to the development of infections.

Sodium chloride

• Rinse 1-3 times a day or as directed by your doctor. For preventive purposes, use 2-3 times a week.
• To prepare an isotonic solution, dissolve 1 sachet (2.16 g) in 240 ml (up to the level marked on the line on the bottle) of boiled water at a temperature of approximately 36.6°C.
• To prepare a hypertonic solution, dissolve 2 sachets in 240 ml (up to the level marked on the line on the bottle) of boiled water at approximately 36.6°C.
• Close the bottle tightly and shake until the salt dissolves. Place the tip of the bottle against your nostril. Breathe through your mouth. Squeeze the bottle smoothly so that half of the solution enters your nose and exits through the other nostril. After a while, repeat the procedure in the other nostril using the remaining solution. Do not swallow the solution. After rinsing, gently blow your nose. Pour out any unused solution. Wash the bottle after each use. Use only original and clean Sinulan Rinse kit components. Always use a freshly prepared solution. For hygienic reasons and to avoid the transfer of infection, it is recommended that the bottle be used by one person.
• Do not go outside for an hour after rinsing (at temperatures below 19°C). Rinse at least an hour before going to bed. Always check the water temperature before rinsing.

• Hypersensitivity (allergy) to the product ingredients.
• Do not use in case of open, non-healing wounds in the nose, especially after surgery.
• The kit should not be used by people with a completely blocked nasal septum or an ear infection.
• Do not use if you have balance problems or if you are experiencing severe nosebleeds.
• After ENT surgeries, consult a physician before use.
• In case of diseases manifesting themselves by narrowing of the respiratory tract (e.g. asthma, bronchitis, etc.), consult a doctor before using the product.
• If you have any questions or if symptoms persist, please consult your doctor.

• Do not use the product after the expiry date which is stated on the sachet and the outer packaging or if the packaging or any part of the kit is damaged.
• Store in original packaging at a temperature of 15-25°C. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
