Rosemary – an evergreen plant that can reach a height of up to two meters, although in our home gardens we are usually satisfied with about half a meter long shoots, often used in the kitchen.

A very rich vitamin composition (A, C and E), antioxidants, microelements and volatile tannins make rosemary a real treasure trove for health.

Rosemary is used as a rinse for inflammation of gums and canker sores and swellings. Baths with the addition of rosemary are recommended for rheumatic conditions. It also speeds up rehabilitation after fractures.
