Relewium is a dietary supplement containing a complex of up to 8 active ingredients, especially recommended for people exposed to stress and increased mental effort, experiencing mood swings and fatigue.

• Lemon balm leaf extract – Lemon balm helps maintain healthy sleep, helps reduce nervous tension and irritability. It allows you to achieve a state of relaxation and has a beneficial effect on physical and mental well-being.
• Magnesium – contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and helps maintain normal psychological functions.
• Hop cone extract – Hops help maintain good sleep.
• Rhodiola rosea extract – Rhodiola rosea contributes to normal blood circulation, which affects brain function and reaction time. It therefore has a beneficial effect on mental and cognitive activity and on the cardiovascular system.
• Lavender Flower Extract – Lavender facilitates achieving a state of relaxation, helps reduce nervous tension and irritability, and also plays a role in maintaining healthy sleep.
• Vitamin B6 , biotin – help in the proper functioning of the nervous system and maintaining normal psychological functions.
• Melatonin – helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
