Organic cold pressed pumpkin seed oil 250ml

The oil contains linoleic and oleic acid (together approx. 70-80%), 10-25% palmitic acid, up to 2% of other fatty acids, vitamins: E, B1, B2, B6, a large amount of vitamin A, C and D, rich in beta-carotene, potassium, selenium and zinc.

It also contains nutrients such as: phytosterols, squalene, phytosterols, citrulline, cucurbitin.

In the cosmetics industry it is used for all skin types, especially recommended for dry, flaking, cracking and mature skin.

Used to prevent stretch marks, as an ingredient in massage oils, creams and scrubs. It has moisturizing, lubricating and smoothing properties, and thanks to its high potassium content, it has a cleansing and brightening effect.

Ingredients: 100% Organic oil from unroasted, peeled Pumpkin seeds (Gleisdorfer olkurbis), cold pressed.

Suggested use: 1 teaspoon of oil, 3 times a day or as an addition to salads, raw salads, cold dishes. Not suitable for frying.
