What is Pueria Pure Calcium?
Pueria Pure Calcium is a dietary monosupplement containing 250 mg of calcium ions from two sources: calcium citrate and calcium carbonate with confirmed absorption in one capsule. Calcium citrate is a highly absorbable calcium salt. Calcium carbonate provides the most elemental calcium from the available forms.

Pueria Pure Calcium – recommended daily dose
- Adults: 2 capsules 1 to maximum 3 times daily with meals, depending on needs.
- The capsule can be swallowed whole or opened and its contents mixed in lukewarm liquid – it should be consumed immediately after preparation.
