Dietary supplement P ositivum SEN calming tablets  are a combination of natural plant ingredients and melatonin. Extracts of lemon balm herb and hop cones help maintain peaceful and healthy sleep. Lemon balm herb also supports relaxation and well-being. Additionally, the melatonin contained in the product helps to shorten the time needed to fall asleep.*

How to use:

Adults: 3 tablets daily. Use immediately before going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Contraindications:

Allergy to any of the ingredients of the product. It is not recommended for people driving vehicles or operating machinery. The preparation should not be combined with other sedatives and/or hypnotics. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use. In the case of simultaneous use of antidepressants, consult a doctor or pharmacist.

• Hop cone extract has a soothing effect and helps maintain restful sleep.
• Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep*

*the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed.

Lemon balm herb extract (150 mg), hop cone extract (75 mg), Melatonin (1 mg)

bulking agent: cellulose, lemon balm herb extract, hop cone extract, glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and magnesium salts of fatty acids, colour: calcium carbonate, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose, melatonin, colour: indigo carmine and brilliant black PN, glazing agents: white beeswax and carnauba wax.
