Before using a new Nollix pack for the first time, warm the bottle in your hands, shake and press the tip 3-4 times until the product appears. When pressing, keep the applicator pointed away from you. This procedure will prepare the dosing system for first use.
The following instructions will help you get the best results:

• Clean your nose thoroughly before use.
• Warm the bottle in your hand and shake.
• Remove the plastic cap from the bottle.
• Place your index and middle fingers on the applicator and down

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1 dose in each nostril 3-4 times a day.

Children from 3 to 12 years of age: 1 dose in each nostril 2-3 times a day.
