1. Remove the insert from the packaging and peel off the paper from the adhesive strip located on the underside of the insert.
2. Stick the underwear insert in the appropriate place.
3. Make sure the insert is glued straight to ensure comfort and convenience when wearing it.
4. Don’t throw the liner down the toilet – throw the used liner in the trash.
