Indications
Periodic impotence, difficulty maintaining an erection.
Composition
- The active substance of the drug is sildenafil.
- Each tablet contains 25mg of sildenafil (as citrate).
- The other ingredients are: Tablet core: mannitol, crospovidone type A, povidone K-30, colloidal anhydrous silica, corn starch, magnesium stearate, sodium lauryl sulfate.
- Coating: polyvinyl alcohol, macrogol (MW350), talc, indigo carmine aluminium lake (E132).
Dosage
- Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor has told you.
- The recommended dose is 25 mg (1 tablet).
- After consultation, your doctor may recommend a different dosage.
- The medicine should be taken about an hour before planned sexual activity. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a glass of water.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to sildenafil or any of the other ingredients of the drug.
- Concomitant use of medicinal products intended for the treatment of angina pectoris and hypertension, especially: nitrates, other nitric oxide donors, riociguat.
- Concomitant use of other preparations containing sildenafil.
- Severe heart and/or liver disease, including failure.
- Hereditary degenerative changes of the retina, e.g. retinitis pigmentosa.
- History of visual loss due to nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.
- Age under 18 years.
