Maca grows in South America. It is a biennial plant, from the Crucifer family. Its Spanish names are maca-maca, maino, ayak chichira, ayak willku. Maca is used both as a vegetable and a medicinal herb.
Maca is a Peruvian root that comes in many varieties, each with its own unique properties.
The plant in ground form can be added to cocktails, teas, cakes and desserts. Maca BIO is 100% organic.

Directions for use: Mix 1 gram (2ml) (according to the enclosed measuring cup) of powder in a glass of water. Use 2 times a day.
