L-carnitine 500 forte plus is a dietary supplement containing L-carnitine , enriched with L-Arginine , LL-ornithine and chromium . L-carnitine participates in the transport of fat components – fatty acids to energy centers, which are mitochondria. The chromium contained in the preparation contributes to maintaining the proper metabolism of macronutrients and the proper level of glucose in the blood.
Recommended daily intake
Dietary supplement: 1 capsule 1-2 times daily between meals.
During weight loss: 1 capsule 2-3 times a day approximately 30 minutes before a meal.
During physical exercise: 2-3 capsules approximately 30 minutes before exercise.
