Hitaxa Fast Junior is an antiallergic drug that does not cause drowsiness.
Hitaxa Fast Junior is indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with:
- allergic rhinitis (such as sneezing, itchy or runny nose, itchy palate, and itchy, red or watery eyes) or hives.

Adults and adolescents (12 years of age and over) : two Hitaxa fast junior 2.5 mg orodispersible tablets placed in the mouth once daily for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (including intermittent and persistent allergic rhinitis) and urticaria.
Children and youth
Children 6 to 11 years of age: one 2.5 mg Hitaxa fast junior orodispersible tablet placed in the mouth once daily for the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (including intermittent and persistent allergic rhinitis) and urticaria.
There are insufficient clinical trial data on the efficacy of desloratadine in adolescents 12 to 17 years of age.
Treatment of allergic rhinitis and urticaria with desloratadine without medical consultation should not last longer than 10 days.
Method of administration
The dose can be taken regardless of meals.
Immediately before use, carefully open the blister and remove the orodispersible tablet without crushing it. The orodispersible tablet is placed in the mouth where it disintegrates immediately. Water or other liquid is not needed to swallow the dose. The dose should be taken immediately after opening the blister.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the active substance, to any of the excipients or to loratadine.
